Here's my story on how I came to find massage and an abundant diet for natural beauty and improved health.
I'd been an 'unwell' kind of person most of my life. Do you know what I mean? Where you just don't feel (and look) that great the majority of the time - does this ring a bell?
Where you can wake up feeling groggy. Struggle to find energy throughout the day. Catch colds easily and frequently.
You know you should exercise but skip it due to low energy. You make bad food choices and reach for the junk food for that 'quick fix' buzz.
Perhaps you suffer with low mood or irritability. You could be sleeping better or feeling less stressed than you are.
Well, this was me. But not only was my health being affected by my food and lifestyle choices, but now I was naturally aging. And it was really starting to show in my appearance too.
Sagging skin, wrinkles, lines, puffiness, eye bags, a dull complexion, dark circles, drooping jowls, sunken eyes, paleness, a lack of 'glow' and that 'tired' look had all started to set in.
Yes, these can occur naturally as we age, HOWEVER, we certainly can accelerate these issues by poor diet and lifestyle choices. We can take a large amount of control over how we both look and feel by making improvements that mean treating our bodies with the TLC it deserves. I did.
Since improving my diet (read my food story here) and performing the FACIAL REJUVENATION MASSAGE to myself (and having them done monthly by another professional - I love it!) my face has tightened and lifted, my jawline has become more defined, my cheekbones are more prominent, my eyes have widened (due to the tightened skin), my skin appears more tanned, has become smoother, is visibly less puffy, is now glowing and my laughter lines have improved.
